What to Know Before You Go to AU Las Vegas
AU is just around the corner. As you make your final preparations, here are some things to keep in mind.
Schedule your week in advance—Registering for AU is just the first step. Make sure you add classes to your schedule, as well as meetups, lunch & learns, Theater sessions, and other activities. Figure out what matters to you most and make sure you get what you’re going for.
Shake things up—While you may have specific interests and professional goals you’re focused on, AU is also a great place to expand your horizons. Make sure you save some time to wander and learn in the Expo or schedule an Expo Tour, stop into the Theater, experience the Breakthrough AU escape room, or take a class that’s outside your industry.
Share your thoughts and get your questions answered—Shape the future of Autodesk tools in the Idea Exchange or in a Feedback Workshop, and get product questions answered anytime at the Answer Bar in the Expo.
Download the AU mobile app—Check and change your schedule, find your way around, and connect with other attendees with similar interests.
Get oriented—Orientation Tours are a great way to learn what’s happening where at AU. They take less than 45 minutes and leave every half hour from the Hub on Sunday evening, Monday afternoon, and Tuesday morning. And don’t miss the Welcome Reception for you industry.
Get the AU Twibbon—Let everyone know you're headed to AU. Add the Twibbon to your social media avatars.
Make sure you pack all the important stuff—Don't forget to bring extra business cards, comfy shoes, lip balm, and a water bottle.
