When will the Exhibit Hall be available for booth setup and teardown?

Setup date/time: Sunday, November 12, 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Monday, November 13, 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Teardown date/time: Thursday, November 16, 3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
Friday, November 17, 8:00 a.m.-noon

Any exhibit spaces not set up and show-ready by Tuesday, November 14, at 11:00 a.m. may be removed or converted for other purposes by show management.


When will the Exhibit Hall be open to AU attendees?

Where and when can I pick up exhibitor badges for our booth staff?

Show badges can be picked up at the AU Registration Desk at the following times:

  • Sunday, November 12, 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

  • Monday, November 13, 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. 

  • Tuesday, November 14, 6:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

How do I get exhibitor staff passes?

In August, you can sign in to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) to assign the complimentary AU passes you receive with your booth purchase and buy additional Exhibit Hall booth staff passes for a nominal fee.

What can I use my complimentary AU conference passes for?

You will receive a number of AU passes depending on the exhibit package you purchased. Your staff can use these passes to preregister for and attend classes and to participate in all AU functions open to general attendees.

Can I get access to the Exhibit Hall during off hours?

Yes. You will be able to access the Exhibit Hall with your exhibitor badge.

What security is available in the Exhibit Hall?

AU will provide general security. However, you are responsible for all of your equipment and materials. If you have a security concern, you can hire security guards for your booth or take any valuables with you when you leave the hall.

When are meals available to exhibitors?

Because we don’t want you to miss an opportunity to talk with customers and prospects, we will open dining for exhibitor staff 30 minutes prior to when the Exhibit Hall opens.

What tasks do I have to complete?

After you have been approved to exhibit at AU, view your tasks and deadlines in the ERC. Tasks include:

  • Uploading your company description
  • Reviewing insurance requirements
  • Registering on-site Exhibit Hall booth staff
  • Reviewing the Exhibitor Service Manual
  • Ordering lead retrieval units
  • Designating additional contacts for ERC management (optional)

Where can I find the Exhibitor Service Manual?

The manual will be posted in the ERC mid-August.
