Visualization Energizes Action M A Y 2 0 0 7 T W E N T Y Y E A R S A S T H E V O I C E O F T H E I N D U S T R Y Product &Business News Data, Hardware andIndustry News Calgary Telus Convention Centre Calgary, Alberta, Canada May 14-17, 2007 This paper presents the concepts of Metaheuristics Methodology and Geographic Geoidal Mathematical concepts considering the perspective for use to optimize, and improve accuracy in common transformations for 2D Geospatial Projection Planar MAP and 3D Maps based on Geocentric Real Model. An overview of traditional polynomials and no linear projections based an old standards is presented, and the possible technology usage paths are discussed, based on application of VNS (Variable Neighborhood Search, and Hybrid Constraint satisfaction). The results obtained are therefore compared in according to their technology component enablers and related standards.
