Proposal Guidelines and Resources

AU maintains the highest possible standards of excellence among its faculty. AU attendees expect presenters to be polished speakers with at least two years of experience in teaching or public speaking.

We select the most qualified speakers based on

  • communication skills and technical expertise
  • depth of relevant background and experience
  • strength of proposals and their relevance to today's industry trends and best practices

Please assist us in providing quality training by adhering to our philosophy that all presentations must be non-commercial.

Should your proposal be accepted, we'll need to receive from you an extended class outline within two weeks of your acceptance email. We'll also need a 75-100 word biography and a digital photo for the AU website by the end of June 2008.

By late October, you will need to submit a class handout for inclusion in the course proceedings and for posting on the AU website. These class handouts are very important to class participants.
