AREP is an international architecture firm providing complete services from programming to facilities management assistance. BIM offers a unique opportunity to work far upstream on the needed level of information for its integration into the digital model, allowing proper configuration of CMMS tools. AREP includes BIM specifications for facility management handover within its standard scope of services. This requirement of specifications also extends to existing buildings. We will present the results of experiments carried out on existing train stations (reverse-engineering) and new train stations that have enabled us to evaluate and quantify the gains expected for facilities management operations.
At the end of her studies in Architecture, Pervenche d'Audiffret has worked as an architect. She started to work on airport projects abroad. From early stages to construction stages.These projects, gave her the opportunity to improve her program analytic competences and assistance competences in strategic definition developments, but also, to keep on increasing her prescriptive knowledge inherent in such complex projects as airport platforms.Interested in new technologies and working methods, she has taken in recent years, the function of BIM Manager, and accompanies teams and customers in the development of their project in BIM.She has also followed a master?s degree in BIM and lifecycle management while pursuing her functions as BIM Manager.Now, working for AREP as Lead of the method department, she assists clients into BIM implementation and develops methods and processes.
Philippe Druesne is Directeur ME'thodes et Innovation at AREP. He controls the group's Technical and Architectural policy, methods, and quality. He also leads the deployment of BIM and R&D, and is a member of the Executive Committee.
