Andrew Anagnost

Andrew Anagnost has more than 25 years of product, business and marketing experience focused on driving strategy, transformation, and scale. As chief marketing officer and leader of the Business Strategy and Marketing organization, he is responsible for overall marketing direction and resources for the company as well as leading the company's business model transformation and evolution. Prior to this role, Dr. Anagnost was vice president of the Product Suites, Web Services & Subscription (SWSS) organization where he drove strategy and business development for the Design Suite Family, Platform Cloud Services and the Subscription offering. He was later responsible for defining and driving the business model that is the keystone of the company's three year growth strategy and the business lever that is helping to transform Autodesk from a desktop software provider to a SaaS solutions provider. Dr. Anagnost began his career at Autodesk in 1997. During the six years that followed, Dr. Anagnost assumed roles as director of marketing, director of new business development and director of product management _ all within the manufacturing solutions division. He then transitioned to the role of senior director of marketing in early 2003 and was promoted to senior director of CAD, CAE, and ETO products later that same year. In 2007, he was named Vice President of CAD/CAE products for the manufacturing solutions division where he drove the growth of Autodesk Inventor from $100 million to more than $500 million in revenue. Prior to joining Autodesk, Dr. Anagnost was a composite structures engineer and propulsion installation engineer at Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company. After leaving Lockheed, he completed a doctorate degree at Stanford University and worked at NASA Ames Research Center as an NRC post-doctoral fellow. After his fellowship, Dr. Anagnost held several positions in sales and product management for the venture-funded simulation vendor EXA Corporation, where he helped secure the company's first $1 million in revenue and drove the development of its long term product strategy. Dr. Anagnost holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California State University, and holds both an MS in Engineering Science and a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University.

Richard Grylls

Richard Grylls has worked in the metal additive manufacturing industry for 20 years and is currently technical director for SLM Solutions North America. Richard started in metal 3D printing as a post-doctoral researcher at The Ohio State University. After working at GE Aviation, Richard joined Optomec, and served in a variety of positions including general manager for the LENS metal 3D printing technology. He joined SLM Solutions in 2015, where his responsibilities include applications development and consulting. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in Metallurgy from The University of Oxford and a PhD in Metallurgy from The University of Birmingham.

Sarah Hodges

Sarah Hodges is Director, Construction Business Line at Autodesk where she has been with the company for more than 10 years. During her time at Autodesk, Hodges has held various roles across the industry strategy and marketing team to help bring the Autodesk Building Information Modeling (BIM) portfolio to market to solve the evolving business challenges that architects, engineers and contractors face. Today Hodges is focused on helping the Construction industry understand how technology enabled processes can bridge the connection between the office and the field and enable sustained and predictable growth as the industry faces disruption at the availability of mobile and cloud solutions that can radically change the way projects are constructed and delivered.

Stephen Hooper

Stephen is the Senior Director of Manufacturing Strategy and Marketing at Autodesk, based in San Francisco, California. He is responsible for all aspects of go-to-market and the continued commercial growth of the business within the manufacturing industry, partnering closely with sales and product development to define strategic direction and investment priorities. Stephen originally qualified as a Mechanical Engineer in the UK. Having worked for a manufacturer of industrial machinery, he joined Autodesk 18 years ago and has since occupied a variety of leadership roles across sales, marketing, and product development. His diverse experience within design and product development drives Stephen's passion for the manufacturing business. He relishes the opportunity to work with high profile customers and partners to continue to develop our leadership in this critical industry sector.
