This class is targeted at a wider audience of professionals involved at various levels of construction. Executives and thought leaders would benefit from understanding the tools and processes which are benefiting from AI and machine learning. Superintendents, project managers, project engineers would gain from understanding how their peers use this technology to manage their work daily.
Christina began her career in construction as a field engineer where she gained hands-on understanding of basic project controls through surveying and layout responsibilities. As she progressed through the project engineer role, her exposure to design details developed through writing and processing RFIs and submittals. Her experience as a project manager brought together these elements and added to her proficiency of financial and subcontractor management. Christina’s background is diverse and well rounded, and provides her with in-depth insight into the quality control process.
As Regional Quality Manager, Christina oversees the divisional quality control managers and their project’s quality control plans which addresses quality control and assurance processes and procedures used throughout a project including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work. Her training directed toward quality control managers improves their abilities to assist in design-phase constructability reviews and pre-construction and pre-phase coordination meetings. Her participation ensures subcontractor understanding of quality control requirements and their participation in the quality control program.
