Mo Akbari

Mostafa Akbari (Mo) is an Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) veteran and serial entrepreneur with strong roots in the mobile and wearable community. Mo recognized that Computer Vision and AI would have a much bigger impact as useful tools for the workforce than plane research, during his time as a Computer Science researcher in Germany. Today, Mo is CEO of HoloBuilder Inc., which he runs out of HoloBuilder’s office in San Francisco. Mo is a frequent conference speaker, contributor to industry publications and advises a variety of political and economic leaders, as well as startups on the industry’s development and related strategic positioning.

Tomer Galon

Tomer is a Sr. Product Manager for BIM360 API and Ecosystem. His passion for the developer experience, building platforms and analytics drove him to co-found two successful startups, one of which was acquired by Autodesk in 2012.At Autodesk, Tomer helped build the Forge and Spark Developer Portals, enabilng developers on board Forge APIs and was a development manager on the Autodesk Homestyler team, a mobile and web app for interior design with millions of users.Tomer holds a bachelor science degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. When not working he spends time with his family, preferably on the beaches of Tel Aviv and go to concerts around the world.

Josh Kanner

Josh Kanner is Founder & CEO of, a cloud platform for the intelligent management, collaboration and analytics of industrial video and photos.Most recently he was co-founder of Vela Systems, a pioneer in the use of web and tablet workflows for construction and capital projects. There he led the company’s product, marketing and business development functions. Vela Systems grew from bootstrapped beginnings to include over 50% of the ENR Top Contractors as customers and deployments all over the globe. The company was successfully acquired by Autodesk in 2012 and has been rebranded as BIM 360 Field.Prior to founding Vela Systems, Josh was responsible for product management and strategy at Emptoris (now part of IBM), a web-based strategic sourcing software company with customers including Motorola, GlaxoSmithKline, Bank of America, and American Express.Kanner graduated from Brown University and earned an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He still gets excited to put on a hard hat and walk a job.

Niran Shrestha

Niran Shrestha CEO and Cofounder of onTarget, visual analytics software platform for construction based out of NYC. He worked at Parsons Brinckenoff, Metropolitian Transporation Authority NY, United Nations in 3 continents and 6 countries including building refugee camps and war rehabilitation centers in Ivory Coast, United Nations HQ renovation, 2nd Avenue Subway and East Side access. He graduated from Columbia University in 2014. With his 12 years of experience as Architect, Project Controls Engineer and BIM Manager, he started onTarget in 2014. He has won several awards for innovation in construction technology and was recently listed by Forbes as one of the Top 6 companies poised to disrupt the real estate industry. He is a thought leader and is actively speaking in technology, startup and AEC events about data driven virtual design and construction management.

Ben Sweet

Ben Sweet is the Chief Information Officer of Triax Technologies. Spot-r by Triax enables unprecedented worksite connectivity, providing real-time visibility into worker time and attendance, location and safety incidents. He has over 20 years of experience architecting enterprise, cloud and mobile applications and is responsible for leading the architecture and implementation of Triax's application ecosystem, with a specific focus on scalability and security.
