Description

Description

The ConTechTrio—JBKnowledge CEO James Benham, Consultant Rob McKinney, and BIM Services Consultant Josh Bone—will present ideas on how tech can mitigate risk on construction projects. They will discuss how the latest apps, hardware, and enterprise software for the construction industry are evolving to reduce project risk and increase data security. Data security should be of paramount importance to every construction firm, although most builders aren’t sure where to start. From executives to administrators, today’s business professionals find themselves contemplating the vulnerability of their data in the cloud, on the job site, and on mobile devices. The ConTechTrio will highlight the risks of cloud technology then identify the resources and best practices to manage those risks with both trusted and emerging technology. Learn the basics of converting construction processes to the cloud, and how to secure proprietary project data along the way. This session features BIM 360 Docs and AutoCAD 360. AIA Approved
