The Raytracer Renderer (ART) is a fast, physically based renderer that is available for a number of Autodesk applications, including 3ds Max software, Revit software, and Inventor software. This 3ds Max software-based course is designed to show you how to get the most out of this exciting new renderer. The course will cover ART renderer workflow, as well as how to set up scenes for maximum speed and quality. This includes sections on physical materials, physical sun and sky, as well as image-based lighting workflows. The course will also show how to render for compositing into real-world footage. This session features 3ds Max, Inventor Professional, and Revit. AIA Approved

George Maestri is an animation industry professional with extensive experience as a writer, director, and producer, working on a number of hit television shows, including South Park and Rocko’s Modern Life. As an entrepreneur, he built a successful studio that produced several hundred cartoons for broadcast, education, and film. George has written over a dozen books on animation.
