In the last five years Iloura has grown from a single facility employing 30 artists to two facilities that peak at 240 artists. Over the course of this journey our use of Shotgun has evolved and changed from a basic production management tool to something that is integral to our tech and production pipes and something that provides integrated facility management systems across HR, Operations, Recruiting, Sales, VFX Producing and Finance. Tom Wild is the National Head of Production at Iloura where he has been for 5 years. He has 15 years' experience in animation and VFX in both film and television. He has designed, implemented and maintained complex systems over multiple facilities and managed large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects. Prior to entering the film industry Tom worked in a variety of corporate strategy roles in banking, consulting, logistics and advertising.
