Scott Hoover, Ph.D. is an Industrial Engineer for Advanced Solutions, Inc. Scott's primary role is to work with firms to help analyze and optimize design in their current workflows. In this role he develops workflow models and workflow simulations that help clients address issues and achieve business goals. He also assists clients in developing plans to implement workflow change on actual building, road, and product design projects. Scott received his Master's and Doctorate in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville. Scott has researched multi-industry processes and procedures with analysis, quantification, and creation using computer simulation models to improve methods and procedures.
