As Senior Vice-President of the IPG Product group, Amar Hanspal leads Autodeskês development of solutions for designers and engineers in all industries. He oversees the companyês core cloud platform _ Autodesk 360 _ and the full range of Building Information Modeling products for the AEC Industry including Revit and Infraworks. He is also responsible for the Reality Capture and AutoCAD product families. Prior to his current role, Hanspal was Senior Vice President, Platform Solutions and Emerging Businesses. He joined Autodesk in 1987 and has served in a variety of roles including VP of Autodesk Collaboration Solutions. Hanspal holds a masterês of science degree in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a bachelorês degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bombay.
Randall Munroe is the author of the webcomic xkcd and the book What If?: Serious Scientific Answers to Absurd Hypothetical Questions. Prior to xkcd, he worked at NASA Langley Research Center, building robots. He is the recipient of a Hugo award for his comic Time.
