In this class a panel of experts from Autodesk, Inc., product support will share tips and tricks to help you become more productive, and they'll also answer questions from the audience about real-time problems. If you're currently battling a problem at your office, this is the class to attend to receive expert advice. The class will start with a brief presentation to introduce the support organization, the speakers, and the current support options for customers. We will give attendees access to a website where they can log questions before the class so that the experts can research and provide sound answers. We will also have dedicated time for attendees to ask questions that they didn't submit beforehand. The class will have a computer set up with AutoCAD 2015 software for any attendees who need to demonstrate their problems. Panel experts include members of the Technical Support, Quality Assurance, and Licensing Teams.

Shawn Niles is a senior support specialist for the AutoCAD Team at Autodesk, Inc., based in Manchester, New Hampshire. In this role, Shawn supports daily requests from customers dealing with all aspects of AutoCAD software and AutoCAD for Mac software. Before joining Autodesk 6 years ago, Shawn worked as a CAD manager in the industry for over 10 years. He has been using AutoCAD software since version R12.
Employed at Autodesk, Inc., as a product support specialist, Volker Cocco has been working with AutoCAD software since 1991 (that's R10 in CAD speak). He has been working for various Autodesk Resellers since 1997, and he has had extensive experience troubleshooting and supporting Autodesk products. In addition to having a background in CAD drafting and management, Volker has instructed basic to advanced AutoCAD technical classes, including sessions at AUGI CAD Camp and Autodesk University.
