  • Coordinate design of Building Information Modeling (BIM) infrastructure project models quickly and efficiently with design team
  • Implement and manage modeling production workflow to facilitate a smooth and efficient BIM model
  • Tips and tricks for designing atypical structures inside of Revit and collaboration with other programs

Description

Description

This class covers the use of Revit Structure software as a bridge modeling tool and how to evolve the information with additional tools such as Navisworks® and others. We use recent examples of bridge projects as case studies to demonstrate creating bridge model elements and integrating them into a larger model. We discuss challenges encountered in creating these elements as well as lessons learned.

Target Audience

Target Audience

Designers and BIM managers who are interested in Bridge Information Modeling (BrIM) and creating and maintaining custom bridge elements throughout the design phase, as well as implementation of modeling workflow to ensure information and work develop successfully
