How to Reserve a Booth
This year for the first time, you’ll be able to pick your booth on a first-come, first-served basis. To get the best location, reserve your space today.
When you submit a booth reservation, you need to:
- Complete the company information form. This information will be used on the AU website and in the event Show Guide.
- Assign a primary owner and any additional contacts for the exhibit space.
- Review and accept the exhibitor contract, rules, and regulations.
- Select a booth or kiosk package.
- Complete payment details, including method of payment and billing address.
Once your application is received and approved:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with login information for accessing the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan so you can choose your booth space. You’ll be asked to select your top three choices.
- You’ll be able to access the Exhibitor Tasks & Deadlines page where you can access the Exhibitor Manual to order optional booth accessories, register your booth staff, and enter your company description.
