Learn. Connect. Share.December 1-3 | The Mandalay Bay Hotel, Las Vegas

Travel and Accommodations

Autodesk University returns to Las Vegas at a new location this year—The Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center. With its combination of exemplary service, comfort, and modern sophistication, The Mandalay Bay provides an ideal learning environment for discovering fresh solutions to the challenges facing industry professionals today.

Located right on the famous Las Vegas Strip, Mandalay Bay offers business facilities and amenities that are first-rate. Plus its innovative exhibition and event halls are just right for connecting with colleagues and checking out new products and services.

Why Las Vegas?

Las Vegas is one of the most popular conference destinations—and for good reasons.

An Ideal Climate

Las Vegas has an arid climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. During the fall and winter, it can be warm in the day and become quite chilly at night. Average high and low Fahrenheit temperatures in December are 58 and 34, respectively, so pack accordingly.

World Class Cuisine, Entertainment, and Shopping

After a day of training and business, Las Vegas offers plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge, all within easy reach of the conference venue. Mandalay Bay itself offers a wide variety of dining options for every taste, a health club, an array of venues for viewing Las Vegas concerts and other entertainment, and an exciting predator-based aquarium and exhibit.

Superb Convention Facilities

Las Vegas hosts some of the nation’s largest conventions. With more that 600 classes and numerous other activities, AU needs a large number of meeting rooms to house the conference proceedings under one roof. So, while AU is far from being a huge conference, it has special space needs that few locations are able to accommodate.
