Conference registrants are assigned rooms on a first-come, first-served basis at the Mandalay Bay or another official conference hotel of their choice until all available rooms are filled. If any of the official conference hotels (including the Mandalay Bay) becomes unavailable, subsequent registrants will be assigned rooms at another official conference hotel.
