Official AU Conference Hotels
Conference registrants are assigned rooms on a first-come, first-served basis at The Mandalay Bay or another official conference hotel of their choice, until all available rooms are filled. If any of the official conference hotels (including The Mandalay Bay) becomes unavailable, subsequent registrants will be assigned rooms at another official conference hotel.
Note: Special package rates, reservations, and extensions to your hotel stay are only available through this AU website.
Travel Between Hotels
No ground transportation is provided between the Mandalay Bay Hotel and the Luxor, since they are within easy walking distance of one another. However, daily shuttle service will be available every 20 minutes from Tuesday through Thursday between The Venetian Resort Hotel and The Mandalay Bay as follows:

6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 2
6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
Thursday, December 3
6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
