Conference Packages and Fees

AU 2011 offers conference packages to fit any budget. The popular AU 3-Day All-Inclusive Pass covers your conference admission, classes and innovation forums, meals, networking socials, and four nights lodging.

Hotels

Conference registrants who choose to stay at The Venetian or The Palazzo, the official conference hotels, are assigned rooms on a first-come, first-served basis until all available rooms are filled.

Note: Reserve your hotel accommodations through the AU registration process. Do not contact the hotel directly. Special package rates, reservations, and extensions to your hotel stay are only available through the registration form.

Air Travel

Las Vegas is served by McCarran International Airport with more than 100 air carriers and 1,000 flights daily.

McCarran offers direct flights to more than 100 U.S. cities as well as direct flights or convenient connections to international cities.

Ground Transportation

Driving Directions: McCarran International Airport to The Venetian

Ground transportation to and from McCarran Airport, located just minutes from the hotel and conference, is easy and inexpensive.

Rental Cars

A selection of rental car agencies serve McCarran Airport and Las Vegas.

Shuttles and Limousines

Travel with a larger group of friends, colleagues, or fellow attendees in a spacious shuttle or limousine.

Taxis

A number of taxi services serve McCarran Airport.

Public Transportation

The Regional Transit Commission (RTC) provides some indirect routes from McCarran Airport to the Venetian.

Las Vegas Monorail

Save your feet and some cash by getting around the Strip on the Las Vegas Monorail.
